1. Liability for content

Furthermore, the User acknowledges and agrees that WIZART has no obligation to view the received images, and the use thereof by the specified means for the specified purposes can be done automatically using software. In case the User is not in the position to grant to WIZART the right to use any image or photograph in such a way, they must refrain from using these images in the Application.

WIZART performs processing of the User’s Personal Information and other information uploaded and provided by the User by means of the Application, based on these Terms Of Use and the Privacy Policy, both of which are available on the Internet at https://wizart.tech/legal. If you send us reviews and comments regarding the operation of the Website or the Application, we reserve the right to carry them out without accepting any obligations to the author thereof.
